Stage Payments
For those buyers who wish to pay in cash we are offering payments in stages as follows:
Initial Deposit:
30% (or balance of)
Signing of Sales Agreement
Amount: 30% of the total purchase price
Due Date: Upon signing the Sales Agreement
Details: This non-refundable deposit is required to secure your selected unit. It signifies your commitment to the purchase and initiates the sales process.
Second Payment:
40% at
Building Completion
Amount: 40% of the total purchase price
Due Date: Upon completion of the building structure (this includes walls, belts, beams, columns and roof completion).
Details: This payment is made upon reaching the significant milestone of building completion, indicating the progress towards finalization of the development.
Final Payment:
30% at
Issuance of Occupancy Certificate
Amount: 30% of the total purchase price
Due Date: Upon issuance of the Occupancy Certificate
Details: The final payment is required when the Occupancy Certificate is issued, just before you take possession of your new home.
